You don’t need to be a barista or have coffee-industry experience. People who like organising, talking to visitors, or helping behind the scenes are just as welcome. What matters is wanting to join in — we’ll explain everything you need.
With venue setup, welcoming visitors, supporting competitions and the side programme, or photo and communication. Mark what appeals to you in the form. We’ll agree on specifics based on your experience and the event’s needs.
It depends on the event and the role we agree on. We always prepare the festival the day before, so you can join the setup too. Tell us when and for how long you can come — we’ll confirm the time range and tasks together in advance.
Behind-the-scenes experience at coffee events, new contacts, and a chance to meet leading figures on the coffee scene. We also prepare side activities and merch for volunteers as a thank-you for your time and energy. On site we’ll provide food and drinks. We’ll share the specific programme and form of thanks before each event.
