We are Café Gape, a family-run coffee roastery based in Lošov, a district of Olomouc, Czech Republic. We have been roasting coffee since 2012, offering our own espresso blends alongside single-origin specialty coffees for espresso and filter brewing. We enjoy exploring the diversity of coffee and helping people discover the flavours they love. Freshness, careful roasting and a personal approach are at the heart of what we do. Our coffee is enjoyed in homes, cafés, restaurants and workplaces. We also support our wholesale partners with coffee machines, servicing and barista training. We welcome coffee lovers and cafés looking for a partner to help them serve great coffee every day.
